Molly has been with Peck Ritchey since 2015. Her areas of concentration include contested probate litigation, guardianship for adults and minors, and estate administration. After completing her bachelor’s degree, she obtained her Paralegal Certificate from Roosevelt University, graduating with honors in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Molly worked in various fields of Civil Litigation, including Medical Malpractice, Liability Defense, and Commercial Litigation.

Molly is a Member of the Board of Directors for the Illinois Paralegal Association, and serves as Student Liaison to the Organization’s Student Members. As Student Liaison, she tours schools across the state and connects student members to paralegal mentors in order to better prepare them for their careers. In 2018, Molly joined Roosevelt University as an adjunct faculty member, teaching Legal Ethics and Professionalism for their Paralegal Studies Program.
