As a reminder, in order to protect employees and clients during this pandemic, we are conducting business remotely to continue to provide you with the exceptional service you have come to trust and continue to deserve.
As an update, on April 13, 2020, Judge Daniel Malone, Acting Presiding Judge of the Probate Division in the Circuit Court of Cook County entered an order stating all emergeny proceedings will be conducted remotely by videoconference. All non-emergency matters will be heard after May 18, 2020 as set by the judge handling the case.
Our office is still here to help. If you need assistance with emergency estate planning, emergency guardianship for a loved one (appointment of a decision-maker for someone incapable of making decisions), administration of an estate or trust, or contesting or defending an estate plan or trust, we’re here for you.
