A Note from Peck Ritchey-May

Clients, Colleagues and Friends,

We at Peck Ritchey, LLC hope that you and your families continue to stay safe and healthy during these unprecedented times. While there is still a lot of uncertainty surrounding the challenges we continue to face due to COVID-19, we want you to know that Peck Ritchey, LLC continues to be dedicated to serving you.

As a reminder, in order to protect employees and clients during this pandemic, we are conducting business remotely to continue to provide you with the exceptional service you have come to trust and continue to deserve.

As an update, on April 13, 2020, Judge Daniel Malone, Acting Presiding Judge of the Probate Division in the Circuit Court of Cook County entered an order stating all emergeny proceedings will be conducted remotely by videoconference. All non-emergency matters will be heard after May 18, 2020 as set by the judge handling the case.

Our office is still here to help. If you need assistance with emergency estate planning, emergency guardianship for a loved one (appointment of a decision-maker for someone incapable of making decisions), administration of an estate or trust, or contesting or defending an estate plan or trust, we’re here for you.

If we can be of any assistance to you, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are doing our best to move cases forward as it is allowed.

Stay safe and healthy!

Best regards,

Peck Ritchey, LLC
