Nicholas graduated from Colorado College with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Nicholas received his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. While at Loyola, Nicholas was elected Vice-President of the Student Bar Association and was a member of the American Bar Association's National Negotiations Team. Nicholas has worked for the Honorable James F. Henry (Ret.) of the circuit of Cook County, the Honorable Michael T. Mason of the US District Court, and the Honorable Justice Margaret O'Mara-Frossard of the Illinois Appellate Court. Prior to joining Peck Bloom, LLC, Nicholas successfully represented corporations and individuals in civil litigation in both Illinois State and Federal Courts. |
