Marisa T. Cipolla, a Senior Associate, practices in the areas of probate litigation, contested guardianship litigation, estate and guardianship administration and elder law, with a focus on will, trust, guardianship and fiduciary litigation. Marisa represents individuals, families, financial institutions, and medical institutions in all areas of her practice. She also serves as a Special Assistant Attorney General in various matters. Marisa has also been appointed Guardian Ad Litem and appointed as counsel by the courts in guardianship cases.

Marisa attended Northwestern University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Marisa then received her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law. While a student at Kent, Marisa was a member of the Justinian Society and on the Dean's List.

Marisa is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois Bar Association, and Justinian Society of Lawyers. Marisa currently serves on the Judicial Evaluation Committee of the Chicago Bar Association and was recently elected as an assembly member of the Illinois Bar. Marisa is also actively involved in Cure Autism Now and the Heartland Alliance for Human Needs and Human Rights.
