Jeanine M. Cunningham, an Associate, practices in the area of estate planning and estate administration. She prepares Last Wills, Trusts, and Durable Powers of Attorney for health care and property. She also drafts life insurance trusts and special needs trusts for disabled persons. Jeanine practices tax law, including income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping taxation. In addition, Jeanine practices in the area of probate law and handles estate administration.

Jeanine received her Juris Doctor and a Master’s of Laws in Taxation (LLM) from The John Marshall Law School. Jeanine is a frequent instructor at The John Marshall Law School and teaches classes in Estate Administration and Elder Law.

Jeanine is a Past President of the North Suburban Bar Association. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois, the North Suburban Bar Association, and the Catholic Lawyers Guild of Chicago.
